I've been freelancing since 2022, building full-stack web apps in Next.js, React, and Node.js for founders in the US, Singapore, and Pakistan. Today I work across frontend, backend, data, and AI workflows — owning product problems end-to-end rather than handing them off.
My recent work is heavy on real estate platforms, automation, and agentic AI: a property comparables & ARV tool, a 12-agent command center, an automated content pipeline, and an internal onboarding portal that replaced a fragile manual process.
I care equally about UX quality, system correctness, and maintainable architecture — and I move quickly from ambiguity to shipped work. Small loops, not big plans.
